Learn the basics in our Computer Tutor series!

Self-paced, hands-on learning for just the basics, including:

Calling all children ages 0-5 and their caregivers! Join us for Preschool Playgroup every Monday morning for a fun-filled session of free play and social interaction.

Come out to Pemberton Park to join our Scavenger Hunt.  We will give you a list of things to find around the park.  What a wonderful way to stop and observe the colors of our world!

Join Mobile Services staff for stories, songs, and a craft.  We will be hosting our story time and craft at the Humane Society of Wicomico County.  While you are there check out our story walk!

Let's talk books! Join us for coffee and discussion.

Coffee and cups provided, but feel free to bring your own. We will be meeting on the main floor.

Come join our artists, Mike and Deirdre, for a very colorful version of Paint Day.  You will be free painting with many beautiful colors!  Registration is strongly encouraged.

Cruz the Traffic Safety Car is helping kick off summer. With the help of his friends from the Maryland Highway Safety Office, he'll help children learn how to bike and walk safely. 

Registration is not required for this program.

Join us for some rock painting!  We provide the rocks and paint! You provide the creativity!  The Mobile Learning Lab will be parked at Pemberton Park.

Let's meet a Chincoteague Pony! We will start in the library where we will learn how to interact with the pony, then we will finish outside.

Sarbanes is alive with the sound of music! Update your music library at our new monthly music listening club, “For the Record,” where attendees will share songs and albums to play. Feel free to bring your own CDs and/or playlists.

Imagine, design, explore, build, and discover using STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)! Bring your curiosity and imagination to play with Sphero Indi and Bolt, Snap Circuits, littleBits, and more!

Coloring is not just for children any more. If you are looking for a relaxing, stress-reducing creative outlet that is inexpensive and allows you to connect with others in your community, join us every week as we color our world.

Join us every month as we create a seasonal scrapbook layout together based on that month! All supplies will be provided, you’ll just need to bring your creativity and imagination.

The theme this month is: Hello Summer.

Summer reading is here! But how are you going to carry all those lovely books home? Why not design your own tote bag! Using precut shapes, you'll pick out how you want your tote bag to look and we'll iron on the designs, sealing it into your bag!

All middle and high school students are invited to our TAB (Teen Action Board) Meeting. TAB meetings are a forum where students’ opinions and suggestions are heard.

Come learn about how to apply for a United States passport. We will go over what is required to apply for a passport, how long it takes and what you will need to bring to your passport application appointment.
