The Board Game Bunch is for those 55+ who want to try out new board games and make new friends. Every Wednesday at 11am.  Drop-ins are welcome.

Children age 2 - 6 and their caregivers are invited to Mini-Montessori! Montessori play is purposeful play that mimics real-life tasks. It focuses on mindfulness during activities and focusing on the task at hand.

Stop by the Sarbanes Branch for an afternoon of wordsmithing with the classic game Scrabble.

Boards and dictionary will be provided for use, but feel free to bring your own, too!

Another college application season is around the corner, and stress is already beginning to ratchet up for teens and their parents. You’re invited to join us for this must-watch talk by Irena Smith, PhD.

Come join us at the Sarbanes branch for an exciting afternoon crafting and let your imagination run wild! This program is open to children of all ages and supplies will be provided.

Project WILD is a conservation and environmental program that focuses on wildlife and habitat.

Not a fan of bracelets? Come make a friendship pin to put on your backpack, jacket or share with a friend. Pre-registration required.

Come play your favorite Switch games at the Sarbanes Branch! A selection of board games will also be available. Open to middle and high school students.

Learn to design 3D printing projects in Tinkercad! Projects that are not finished printing by the end of the session will be available for pick-up the following session. Space is limited, registration is required.

Paws to Read allows your child to read aloud to a dog for 5 - 7 minutes. A volunteer will be present during the entire session. This activity helps build reading confidence in children while they are relaxing and having fun.

Join us for a beginner's Arabic class! We will introduce Standard Arabic, go over language concepts and characteristics, build conversational verses, and cover reading and writing skills.

Anime and Manga Club members meet the second Tuesday of each month to talk about manga and watch a member selected anime movie/show. Open to middle and high school students.

Welcome to our exciting Lego Club for children ages 6-11! Join us for a world of creativity and imagination on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Get ready to build, design, and explore with fellow Lego enthusiasts.

Bring your little ones to Family Storytime in the Riverwalk Games Park on Tuesdays at 6:00 this summer. We'll share books, songs, and movement. Storytime is designed for preschoolers but the whole family is welcome.
