Join us on the Mobile Learning Lab for a Valentine's Baby and me Paint Party. Bond with your budding artist as they explore the basics of paint and color with two hands-on painting activities.

All 0-5 year olds and their caregivers are welcome to join us at the Paul S. Sarbanes downtown library for stories, music, singing, finger plays, and a craft on the first four Thursdays of each month.

Looking to learn how to play, or improve your chess game? Players under 18 are welcome to join us every Saturday morning for our Beginners' Chess Club!

It's game day! Let's play Patchwork--a wonderful two-player game that captures the magic of needlework and sewing fabric together into designs. Each player works to create a beautiful patchwork quilt out of the available patches.

The LEGO Challenge is open at the Paul S. Sarbanes - Downtown Branch! Children ages 5-11 are invited to build with LEGOs and learn about their community and world while developing skills and confidence.

In this fast-paced work environment, a good resume and job hunting skills are more important than ever. Centre Branch is hosting Job Search help hours. Get help building a resume and cover letter, as well as assistance with finding job postings.

Manga/Anime Club members meet the second Tuesday of each month to talk about manga and watch a member selected anime movie/show. Open to middle and high school students.

Come play your favorite WiiU and xbox One S games at the Sarbanes Branch! A selection of board games will also be available. Thursday Gaming will take place the first and third Thursday of each month!

Come by the Pittsville Branch and try your hand at Dreams on our Playstation 4! This game will teach you how to create your own video game. Meet new friends to play games with and have snacks as well!

Challenge a friend and come play at Centre Branch! Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Minecraft Dungeons and more. Show your competitive streak, and let's Game On! Each Game On event will feature a different game.

Paws to Read allows your child to read aloud to a dog for 5 - 7 minutes. A volunteer will be present during the entire session. This activity helps build reading confidence in children while they are relaxing and having fun.

Learn the basics of hand sewing and create a cuddly friend to take home by registering for this fun 3 week series! Prior experience with sewing is recommended.
