Soaring into the Future with Kites

Join us while we read about flying kites and launching lanterns like in Chinese lantern festivals.  Afterwards we will have a variation on the festivals. We will decorate kites with our wishes for the future and fly them.  This program will be held at Winterplace Park.  Registration is strongly encouraged.
