Steven Bradford from the Maryland Coalition of Families will be conducting a community Narcan Training on Friday, November 22nd, from 1:30 to 4 p.m. He will also supply free Narcan and winter warming kits for the unhoused community. This event will be on the main floor of the Sarbanes Branch.
