Memory Lab Orientation

Discover how to preserve your precious memories at our Memory Lab at the Centre Branch! This session will introduce you to the library’s new DIY digitization space, where you can convert old photos, documents, 8mm reel-to-reel film, VHS tapes, cassettes, vinyl records, film negatives, slides, and more into digital formats. Learn what materials you can bring, how to use the equipment, and best practices for saving and storing your digitized memories. Whether you’re looking to preserve family history or declutter old media, this orientation will get you started. Attendance is encouraged before booking a session in the Memory Lab. Pre-registration is required.
