Let's reuse and recycle this Halloween! Donate gently used Halloween Costumes and pick up a new-to-you ensemble for the holiday!
A donation is not required in order to pick up a costume. Donations will be accepted beginning Monday, September 16th. Costumes will be available for pick-up Tuesday, October 1st through the end of Thursday, October 31st. Visit the Children's Information Desk at the Paul S. Sarbanes Branch for more information.
