Relaxation through art and mindfulness. Participants will explore the benefits of mindful coloring combined with deep breathing techniques. Through guided breathing exercises and intentional coloring, you’ll learn how to calm the nervous system, enhance mindfulness, and express creativity as a form of self-care. No artistic experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to unwind!
